Marc Kroll is a seasoned compensation consultant in the design, formulation, and implementation of total reward strategies and variable pay plans across industries including non-profit and manufacturing environments.
His approach is both focused and participative, integrating his clients’ business challenges with their organization’s culture, markets, and compensation strategy.
